Who we are
We are Tenens (tenens.in), and you can reach us any time at hello@tenens.in.
What we collect
We collect your phone number (used to sign you in), the profile details you type (your name, role, specialities, organisation, designation, and about), your job posts including any contact number you attach to a post, your saved jobs and your alert preferences including any locations you set, reports you send us, basic usage on your posts (view counts and contact-button taps), and session details such as your device and IP address, which we show back to you on the Devices screen.
Your contacts
If you choose to pick a contact while posting a job, your phone's own picker opens and only the single contact you select reaches us — we never read or upload your contact list, and we ask for permission first.
Location
We only use the locations you set yourself, and we read your device's GPS only when you tap to use your current location, never in the background.
What other members see
Other members can see your public profile fields, your posts, and your joined date and post count. Your sign-in phone number is never shown to anyone. When you post a job, the contact number you attach to that post is shared with signed-in members through the post's Call and WhatsApp buttons — that is how people respond to your post.
Who processes your data
Trusted service providers process data on our behalf — to host it securely, to deliver the SMS that signs you in, and to help structure the text of job posts. They act only on our instructions.
We don't sell your data
We do not sell your data, and we show no ads.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data for as long as you have an account. To delete your account, use Profile → Delete account or email hello@tenens.in with your registered phone number and a short reason — we verify it is really you, then our team permanently removes your profile, posts, saved jobs and alerts.
How we protect your data
We protect your data with access controls and one-time-passcode sign-in.
Who Tenens is for
Tenens is for medical professionals and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will show the change in the app.
